1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cctvshieldpro.com and all services provided by CCTV ShieldPro, including site surveys, supply of equipment, installation, configuration, repair, maintenance and support. By using our website, accepting a quotation or allowing work to begin, you agree to these terms.

2. Site surveys and quotations

• Site surveys within Chattogram city are free and carry no obligation.
• Quotations are itemised, in Bangladeshi taka (BDT), and valid for 7 days from the date issued, as equipment prices can change with import costs and exchange rates.
• A quotation is based on conditions observed during the survey. If hidden conditions are found during work — for example, concealed wiring, structural obstructions or changes you request — we will explain the impact and obtain your approval before any additional charge.
• Prices published on our website are indicative starting prices and do not constitute an offer.

3. Orders, advance payment and scheduling

Work is confirmed when you accept the quotation and pay the agreed advance, normally 50% for residential and shop installations. Larger projects follow the payment milestones stated in the contract. We schedule installation on a mutually agreed date and will inform you promptly of any delay caused by equipment availability, weather or access.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the premises and the areas where work is needed, including roofs, ceilings and electrical points.
• Obtain any permission required from landlords, owners’ associations or building management before installation.
• Provide a working electrical supply and, where remote viewing is required, a working internet connection.
• Ensure your use of CCTV complies with applicable laws, including displaying suitable notices and respecting the privacy of neighbours, employees and visitors.
• Keep recorder and app passwords secure and change them after handover.

5. Installation standards

We install to our written standard, using conduit or trunking for cables, weatherproof junction boxes for outdoor cameras and labelled cabling. We test every camera before handover and provide a short training session. Minor drilling and fixing marks are an unavoidable part of installation; we take care to keep them to a minimum and clean up after work.

6. Payment

The balance is due on completion, after you have checked the system in the presence of our technician. We accept cash, bank transfer, bKash and Nagad. Equipment remains the property of CCTV ShieldPro until paid in full. We may suspend support services on accounts with overdue balances.

7. Warranty

• Equipment: covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated on your invoice. We assist with claims for equipment we supplied.
• Workmanship: our installation work is covered for 12 months from the completion date. We will correct faults caused by our installation at no charge.
• Exclusions: damage from lightning, power surges, water ingress through structures, fire, physical impact, rodents, misuse, unauthorised repairs or alterations by others, and consumable items.

8. Annual maintenance contracts

AMC services, visit frequency, response times and exclusions are defined in the individual contract. An AMC does not include replacement parts unless specifically stated.

9. Limitation of liability

A CCTV or access control system is a tool that helps deter and record incidents; it cannot guarantee that theft, damage, injury or other loss will not occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCTV ShieldPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business or profit, or losses resulting from events captured or not captured by the system. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.

10. Website use

You may browse and share our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy our content for commercial use, attempt to disrupt the website, or submit false information through our forms. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

11. Intellectual property

The CCTV ShieldPro name, logo, website design and written content are our property. Product names and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe equipment we install or service. Photographs are used under the licences of their providers.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern directly. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chattogram.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, effective 1 August 2026, applies to new orders from that date.
