Service 01
HD analogue systems — Turbo-HD, HDCVI and AHD — remain the most cost-effective way to put reliable cameras on a home, shop or small office. Modern 2MP and 5MP cameras on coaxial cable give clear, stable footage, and the DVR handles recording and mobile viewing without needing a complicated network.
We choose between bullet and dome cameras for each position, use colour night-vision models where there is some ambient light, and fit infrared models where there is none. Every outdoor camera gets a weatherproof junction box, and cables run in conduit to survive Chattogram’s monsoon.
Service 02
IP cameras send a digital picture over network cable, so they deliver more detail — 4MP, 6MP and 8MP (4K) — and carry power on the same cable through PoE switches. They are the right choice for factories, multi-storey buildings, warehouses and any site that expects to grow.
We design the network properly: correctly rated PoE switches, separate VLANs where the site has an existing office network, and NVRs with enough bandwidth and storage headroom for future cameras. Smart features such as line-crossing, intrusion zones and human/vehicle detection are set up and tuned on site, not left at factory defaults.
Service 03
Inside a home, office or shop, a camera should cover what matters without dominating the room. We use low-profile domes and turret cameras on ceilings and corners, positioned so that faces are recognisable at the door and the counter, and so that private areas are never in view.
For families, we are careful about camera placement inside the home. For businesses, we advise on the notice signage expected when customers and staff are recorded, and we set up playback permissions so only the right people can see footage.
Service 04
Poor cabling is the most common reason systems fail. Rodents chew exposed wires, rain gets into loose joints, and unlabelled cables make every later repair slow and expensive. We run CAT6 or coaxial cable in PVC conduit and trunking, terminate it cleanly, and label both ends.
Where the recorder has to connect to the internet for mobile viewing, we configure the router and recorder together and test viewing on mobile data, not just on the office Wi-Fi.
Service 05
Cameras show what happened; access control decides who can get in. We install card, PIN, fingerprint and face-recognition terminals for offices, server rooms and staff entrances, with attendance reports when you need them.
For apartment buildings and homes, video door phones let residents see and speak to visitors before opening the gate. Where possible we link the door system and cameras so you have one clear record of arrivals.
Service 06
Being able to check your cameras from your phone is the reason many clients call us. We install and configure the manufacturer’s app on every phone you nominate, set up owner and staff accounts with different permissions, and show you how to search, play back and export a clip.
Alerts are useful only when they are accurate. We draw detection zones around gates, doors and stock areas, set schedules so alerts only arrive when the premises is closed, and test them with you before we leave.
Service 07
If your existing cameras show a blurred, flickering or blank picture, or the recorder has stopped saving footage, we will diagnose the fault and give you a clear repair estimate. We work on systems from all major brands, including installations done by other companies.
An annual maintenance contract (AMC) keeps a system reliable: scheduled cleaning of lenses and housings, checks on cables, power and hard-disk health, firmware updates and priority call-outs. Details are on our support page.
Quick comparison
| Consideration | HD analogue (DVR) | IP cameras (NVR) |
|---|---|---|
| Typical resolution | 2MP – 5MP | 4MP – 8MP (4K) |
| Cable | Coaxial + separate power | Single CAT6 cable with PoE |
| Best for | Homes, shops, small offices | Factories, multi-floor buildings, large sites |
| Smart detection | Basic motion; some human/vehicle models | Human/vehicle, line-crossing, intrusion zones |
| Expansion | Limited to DVR channel count | Add cameras through switches and larger NVRs |
| Upfront cost | Lower | Higher, with better long-term value |
