• Details of your premises: type of property, area, access instructions and preferred visit times.
• Information you share about your security needs, existing equipment and any faults.

Information collected during site work

• Site survey notes, measurements, sketches and photographs of mounting positions and cable routes.

3. Your CCTV footage

The recordings made by a system we install belong to you and are stored on your own recorder or chosen storage. We do not monitor, copy or keep your footage as part of normal installation or maintenance.

During repairs or support, a technician may need to view live images or playback briefly to test the system. Where remote access is required, we will only connect with your permission, for the duration needed, and we will not download or share recordings unless you ask us to — for example, to export a clip onto your own USB drive for a police report or insurance claim.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, arrange site surveys and prepare quotations.
• To install, configure, maintain and repair your equipment.
• To issue invoices, money receipts and warranty records.
• To send service reminders for maintenance visits and warranty expiry, where relevant.
• To improve our website, services and customer support.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations in Bangladesh.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process personal information because it is necessary to provide the services you ask for (performing a contract), because you have given consent (for example, when you submit our contact form), because we have legitimate business interests in running and improving our services, or because the law requires it.
