Our story
Across Chattogram, we kept seeing the same thing: camera systems sold as a box of equipment, fitted in a hurry, and then forgotten. Cables stapled along walls and roofs, cameras pointed into the sun, hard disks too small to keep more than a few days, and owners who could not play back a single clip when they finally needed one.
CCTV ShieldPro exists to do the opposite. We start every job with a proper survey, recommend what the site actually needs, install to a written standard, and stay available afterwards. Our office and store on Sheikh Mujib Road is where clients can walk in, see equipment working, and talk to the people who will do the job.
Our name sums up what we want to be for our clients: a dependable layer of protection around the places that matter to them — their homes, their shops and their businesses.

Our team combines surveillance technicians, network specialists and a support desk. Every installation is led by a senior technician who is responsible for the result, and every client gets a direct number for follow-up.
Visits your site, plans camera positions and prepares the written quotation.
Mount cameras, run cabling in conduit and configure the recorder and network.
Handle IP systems, PoE switches, fibre links and remote viewing on larger projects.
Takes fault reports, helps remotely, and schedules maintenance and repair visits.

Working in Chattogram means planning for heavy monsoon rain, salt air near the port, frequent load-shedding, and dense markets where shopfronts sit inches apart.
