Every type of premises has its own risks, busy hours and blind spots. Here is how we approach the sites we work on most often across Chattogram — and what a sensible system usually includes.
Home / Solutions
We do not begin with a camera catalogue. We begin by asking what you need the system to do: deter theft at a shop counter, confirm deliveries at a warehouse gate, keep an eye on elderly parents at home, or give an owners’ association a clear record of who enters the building. The answers decide the cameras, the recorder, the storage and the way alerts are set up.
Sectors we serve
Sector 01
For flats and houses, we cover the main door, the stairway or lift lobby, parking and any roof or boundary access. Cameras stay out of bedrooms and private areas. Families usually want reliable phone viewing above all, so we test it on mobile data before leaving.
Typical system: 4–8 cameras, 1TB–2TB storage, video door phone optional.
Sector 02
Buildings need cameras at the gate, guard post, lobby, lifts, basement parking and generator room. We place monitors at the guard desk, give the management committee playback access, and advise on how long footage should be kept and who may view it.
Typical system: 16–32 IP cameras, NVR with 4TB+, guard-desk monitor.
Sector 03
Retail systems focus on the cash counter, the entrance at face height and high-value shelves. Audio at the counter helps settle disputes. For branches, owners can view every outlet from a single app.
Typical system: 4–8 cameras, counter camera with audio, 15–30 day retention.
Sector 04
Factories need wide coverage of gates, production lines, stores, loading bays and boundary walls, often across more than one building. IP systems with fibre links and a central monitoring room are the norm. We plan in phases to avoid disrupting production and coordinate with your compliance team on buyer audit requirements.
Typical system: 32–64+ IP cameras, fibre backbone, central monitoring room.
Sector 05
Large spaces and low light call for long-range bullet cameras, infrared or colour night vision, and vehicle detection at the gate. Dispatch areas get higher-resolution cameras so labels and number plates are readable.
Typical system: 8–24 cameras, long-range IR, vehicle detection at gates.
Sector 06
In sensitive environments we cover entrances, reception, corridors, stores and server rooms while keeping treatment rooms, classrooms and washrooms entirely out of view. Playback is restricted to named staff, and access control can secure medicine stores and records rooms.
Typical system: 8–24 cameras, access control on restricted rooms, role-based playback.
Planning notes
Glass shopfronts and gates facing the street wash out faces in daylight. We use WDR cameras and adjust the angle so faces stay clear.
When power drops, recording stops. A small UPS for the recorder, switches and key cameras keeps footage continuous through outages.
Water in joints and connectors is the main cause of outdoor failures. Sealed junction boxes and drip loops prevent it.
Many systems only store a week. We size disks for the retention you actually need, typically 15–30 days.
A camera on the roof line sees the tops of heads. Entrance cameras belong at a height that captures faces.
One password for everyone means no control. We set up owner and staff accounts with the right permissions.
Response desk · Chattogram
A free survey takes about 30–60 minutes for most homes and shops. For factories and large buildings we schedule a longer walk-through with your facilities team.
